From Haneda Airport to Hotel Rakuragu
A: The hotel does not have any parking available. Temporary parking is available on the street at the entrance. If you need to park for a long time, please use the ‘日本橋本町駐車場’ that is quite near and convenient. Further information please refer to the website below.

A: Modifications and cancellations are free of charge up to 2 days prior to the check-in date. Cancellations/modification made within 2 days of the check-in date will be charged the full room rate as a cancellation or amendment fee.

A: The hotel has 9 floors, each floor has two rooms (4th and 9th Floor has only one room per floor). The ground floor is the lobby and the 2nd to 9th floors are the guest rooms. The escalator can directly reach the guest rooms on each floor.
A: Complimentary provisions in the Hotel are towels (bath towel x2, hand towel x2, face towel x2, bathroom mat x1), toothbrush set, shower cap, razor, soap, comb, cotton set, slippers, bathrobe, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

*Separate provisions for kids include the slipper, mini towel, toothbrush set.
Guest rooms are also equipped with kettle, hairdryer, mini-fridge, emergency flashlight, shoe horn, odour-removing spray, brewed tea bags and coffee bags. Some rooms with balcony are equipped with mosquito repellents.
*Please note that in order to create a peaceful and comfortable resting atmosphere, this room is not equipped with TV set.
A: All rooms and public spaces are Non-smoking (all types of tobacco such as cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, hand rolls, etc.), and there is no smoking area in the hotel. Please use the public smoking area near the hotel and ask the front desk staff for details.

However, guests can order take-away food to the hotel, but please note that the take-away staff is not allowed to enter the hotel, please pick up the take-away outside the entrance.
A: Within 6-10 minutes’ walk from the hotel, there are COREDO Muromachi, Ningyocho and Nihonbashi shopping districts, each of which offers a wide variety of Japanese, yakiniku and Western food for you to choose from. A: There is a 24h 7-11 convenience store about 2 minutes‘ walk away, and a Familymart Convenience Store and a Maruetsu Supermarket about 4 minutes’ walk away.
A: There is a Mizuho Bank and an ATM about 2 minutes’ walk from the Hotel towards to Kobuki-cho, and SumitomoMitsui, SMBC, Keiyo, and Saga Banks and ATMs towards Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi, as well as ATMs in the convenience stores around the hotel.
A: We will endeavor to deal with guests who speak a foreign language. All front staff can communicate in English/Japanese, and we can also provide service in Russian, French, Nepali, Italian and Spanish so please feel free to ask.
